Hi, I'm Miranda, a yoga teacher, RYT-200, currently based in Paris, France. Originally from the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, I moved to New York City in the fall of 2013 to attend Columbia University (Barnard College) where I taught yoga while I was a student. In 2016 I moved to Paris to complete my Master's degree at Sciences Po.
My yoga journey began eight years ago when I went to a vinyasa class at my local studio with a friend and instantly fell in love with the practice. Yoga is so many things to me; it's exercise, therapy, but most importantly, it's a chance for me connect to my breath and take time for myself. In January 2015, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. The experience I had there was life-changing and made me truly want to share what I learned with the world.
I love practicing and teaching yoga! The collective energy generated during a yoga class is unparalleled, and I am constantly inspired by my students and teachers, alike. I can’t wait to meet you during one of my classes!
